How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

  1. Encompass Email Activity Connector needs a option to "Select from Current active Select Campaigns(s) and any future active Select Campaigns

    When attempting to bring in Encompass Email Activity we can only select All current campaigns. The problem with this is that when the campaign is added in encompass it is not included when running the next run unless the client manually adds it.

    I have attached what is in SFMC Email Activity and Encompass Email Activity to compare.

  2. Build a Connector for Social Tables

    Social Tables is a new application released in 2015 for Event Management with incredible functionality. It would be great to have an integration for it.

  3. New Records Duplicate Creation

    If multiple rows come in for the same person and are routed to the " New Records" bucket because a match is not found in destination, clicking "Send All/Page" sometimes creates duplicate contacts/constituents. We need matching capabilities in the New Records bucket to prevent duplication if all bio data matches exactly.

    Currently, the work around is to ensure a unique ID is populated, so that any new records that are duplicates will be sent to exceptions. Those exceptions then need to be reprocessed in order to match. However, this only works when a unique ID field is available from the…

  4. List Management available

    Given the plan for RE to move to a "total web solution" which will ultimately replace database view, for users of IOM List Management, could this feature be made available through Omatic Cloud?

  5. Ability to replace values (including null) with blank values.

    The use case for this request is our need to translate a NULL address line in source to blank value in destination.

  6. Abililty to map Constituent Import ID when importing soft credits in RE NXT

    Currently, when importing gifts with soft credits in RE NXT, the only option for matching to existing constituents is to map to 'Constituent Lookup ID'. We really need to be able to map to Constituent Import ID. Especially when using a hybrid approach using both IOM-Classic and IOM+/OC, IOM-Classic furnishes the Import ID as an output field, but not the 'lookup ID'. This would be a very useful and valuable feature, and would allow clients to leverage the benefits of both versions of IOM.

  9. Add connector for Wufoo online forms

    It would be worth looking into how to create a connector service to an online forms site where one can easily custom build an online form and link to RE fields. Wufoo is a great site to start with and has an existing API.

  10. Allow phone match as a search scenario

    Currently, OC does not have phone number available as a search scenario even when phone is mapped within a formula. This is essential to have because we otherwise wind up with unnecessary duplicates that could have been prevented.

  11. make classy url available in connector

    The url of the Classy Fundraiser's Page is not available as a field to map in the Classy Connector and would be most useful to be able to capture. We have suggested this to Classy as well.

  12. Add Custom Fields to the Fundraise Up Connector

    Custom fields in Fundraise Up hold very important information that allows us to easily integrate this data into Raiser's Edge NXT. Before the connector we were able to pull this information in via the flat file and not having these fields makes it difficult to get our full set of gift data when we import.

  13. Applying Gift to Head of Household (HOH)

    Would like to apply incoming gift records to the Head of Household in Raiser's Edge, even if the gift matches the email address of the spouse. If the gift matches to the spouse email address, spouse will also receive soft credit.

  15. Enable Importing Event Registrations from GiveCampus

    The GiveCampus integration currently supports only importing gifts. Events is another large use for the platform and one we're looking to leverage. Being able to utilize this would improve our process flows greatly.

  16. Rearrange grid columns & save column order

    In the upgraded Omatic Cloud, it'd be nice to be able to rearrange grid columns, and as another user mentioned, have the custom column order persist when a user leaves the page:

  17. It would be an improvement if we could have Payout date as an option for mapping.

    When bringing gifts over from classy the GL post date is not matching our deposit dates and this is causing issues with finance. If we had the ability to map the payout date to the GL post date that would make the financial process cleaner and much smoother without manual global changes.

  18. Allow us to stop/pause formula when running

    Give us the ability to "Pause" or "Stop" processing. We currently have to open a ticket with support to kill a process. It would be more efficient and timely if we have that control.

  19. Changing address type when new address is found

    In ImportOmatic, when a new address is imported for an existing constituent, there is the ability for the user to determine how the outdated address' type should be changed in Raiser's Edge (e.g. it can be changed from "Home" to "Previous Address") In order to keep data clean and differentiated after imports, I wish that Omatic had a similar functionality.

  20. Update field labels for Classy FMV and Tax Deductible Amount

    In the Classy Connector, Raw Overhead Net Amount = Fair Market Value & Raw Donation Gross Amount = Tax Deductible Amount. These labels are not intuitive for mapping. Can they be reworded to exactly what they are?
