How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

  1. RENXT Record Type Displayed in Buckets

    It would be helpful to see what kind of record type (Constituent/Non-constituent/Relationship) a record was while reviewing in the 1-Many matches bucket. This would speed up the process of determining which record is the correct match. This could be done through an extra column (that might be hidden if not wanted) or font formatting.

  2. Import of Fund Relationships

    There is currently no functionality to import new Fund Relationships or update existing ones via import. We would like to track scholarship recipients directly on the fund itself. Providing this functionality would allow us to import the students receiving aid, making your solution even more valuable than it already is.

  3. Partial string 'Replace' transformation

    It was a sad day when I realized that there wasn't a Transformation for address abbreviation standardization like there is in IOM (https://support.omaticsoftware.com/s/article/RegularExpressionDictionaryforAddressAbbreviations) and sadder still when I learned that I couldn't create a transformation of my own. While the 'Replace' transformation will IDENTIFY a field value containing a qualifying text string just fine, it will also replace the ENTIRE field value (not just the identified text string) with whatever replacement value you designate. Thought you could use a transformation for common address standardizations like replacing "Street" with "St"? Think again, because the way it exists now will…

  4. Abilitly to do relationship matching in RE NXT based on Constituent Import ID

    Currently, when importing relationships to existing constituents in RE NXT, the only option for matching to existing constituents is to map to either 'Constituent Lookup ID' or System Record ID. We really need to be able to map to Constituent Import ID. Especially when using a hybrid approach using both IOM-Classic and IOM+/OC, IOM-Classic furnishes the Import ID as an output field, but not the 'lookup ID' nor the System Record ID. This would be a very useful and valuable feature, and would allow clients to leverage the benefits of both versions of IOM.

  5. Global Add New button in 1:N

    Multiple matches are found on Name alone - instead of adding each one-by-one as a new record, add the ability to add all as NEW from 1:Many so once all rows have been determined to not match on anything beyond First/Last name, all can be newly created at once. Could restrict this button only to Name match to prevent sending other potential matches from email, etc.

  6. Applying Gift to Head of Household (HOH)

    Would like to apply incoming gift records to the Head of Household in Raiser's Edge, even if the gift matches the email address of the spouse. If the gift matches to the spouse email address, spouse will also receive soft credit.

  7. MailChimp Automated Campaign Activity in Omatic Cloud

    One of the benefits of Mailchimp automations is that you can set them up and they run in the background without needing human intervention. There is similar functionality in Omatic Cloud related to stand-alone campaigns but but not for Automated Campaigns. I'd like to have that functionality so that I can see all the Mailchimp email activity to a constituent without needing to trigger or manually manage when the data gets populated in RE/NXT.

  8. Allow pulling an unsubscribe list from constant contact

    Currently cannot pull this list. We tried to set this up pulling from the edit date, but that date is not updated when a contact unsubscribes. How else can we pull an unsubscribe list from constant contact?

  9. Allow for email campaigns to be excluded from data push to database of record

  10. Ability to replace values (including null) with blank values.

    The use case for this request is our need to translate a NULL address line in source to blank value in destination.

  11. Custom routing of records

    Sometimes records need additional review steps and currently we are capturing those notes in an email/document to work through outside of the formula. We think Custom routing of records may help with this as it would allow us to set criteria (or decided on the fly) to route records to a special bucket, for instance, to review later. This would be a time-saving enhancement.

  12. Add Ticketmaster Connector

    Direct, one-step integration from Ticketmaster would allow non-profit theatres to easily import ticket buyer information directly into Raiser's Edge.

  13. Skip Days for Scheduling (Allow for weekday only)

    Currently, you can only select daily or weekly. I think it would be beneficial to have it only run on Weekdays. That way records don't pile up over the weekend and risk duplicate records from showing up if multiple changes happened. This has happened when people submit multiple surveys or they have multiple scheduled gifts. And there is no way from the interface to tell which record is the latest.

  14. Allow display of formula notes at the tile level and/or on the record review screen in Omatic cloud

    Formula notes are great for describing the purpose of a formula, notes about any needed file clean-up or mapping that needs to be checked before uploading a file, any specific common issues or data checks that need to be watched for when records are in the review buckets. Right now, needing to leave the formula list to click through to the Formula Review screen, or refer to a PDF export or printout of the Formula Review page to see these notes can slow down workflows.

  15. Allow all custom questions in a single formula for Classy connector

    If "include custom questions" setting is checked, all questions must match identically across campaigns to be in the same formula, resulting in many formulas needing to be processed separately. Allow ability to include all custom questions, regardless of matching to be mapped in a single formula.

  17. HubSpot Email Information Subscription Dates

    It would be very helpful to have Subscription status > history > dates available in the HubSpot Contacts formula. This would allow us to bring in more accurate data when managing email subscriptions

  18. be able to define "Run Once" to within hours or minutes - not only days

    sometimes a gift gets accidentally deleted, so we have to use the "Run Once" function to re-run teh formula. It would help if I could run it for just exactly that single transaction I need to import, rather than a whole day of data which could be thousands of gifts

  20. Have ability to map to custom attributes for a Participant

    We record event specific information against a participant of an event in RE. Could the endpoints for attributes for a Participant be made available to enable us to add/update these.
