How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

  1. Abilitly to do relationship matching in RE NXT based on Constituent Import ID

    Currently, when importing relationships to existing constituents in RE NXT, the only option for matching to existing constituents is to map to either 'Constituent Lookup ID' or System Record ID. We really need to be able to map to Constituent Import ID. Especially when using a hybrid approach using both IOM-Classic and IOM+/OC, IOM-Classic furnishes the Import ID as an output field, but not the 'lookup ID' nor the System Record ID. This would be a very useful and valuable feature, and would allow clients to leverage the benefits of both versions of IOM.

  2. Post Salesforce Payments in Post-to-GL

    My current understanding is that the P2GL API for Salesforce does not allow posting of payment records that are not themselves SF Opportunities, eg, pledge payments (ie, the pledge is the Opportunity, and payments are payments against the pledge but not Opps themselves. We need to be able to post payments that are not Opportunities.

    When considering pledge fundraising and the ability to properly account for pledge payments against pledge commitments, the payment, and not the opportunity is the fundamental basis for pulling Salesforce data.

  3. Build a Connector for Social Tables

    Social Tables is a new application released in 2015 for Event Management with incredible functionality. It would be great to have an integration for it.

  4. Add Table Entry If It Doesn't Exist

    It would be very helpful if Omatic Cloud could add a table entry during the import if it doesn't already exist. This is IOM functionality that is needed in Omatic Cloud.

  5. Sync Entire RENXT List to Data Source

    Right now when using a connector to sync records from RENXT to a data source Omatic considers the "Modified Date" in addition to the RENXT List that the record is on. For lists that are created more ad hoc, such as events, the records may not have necessarily been modified recently, so they're either missed in the sync or you would need to force a modification on all records in the date via a Global Change. It would be awesome to the have the option to sync the entire list for certain formulas, so that all records on the list…

  6. Encompass Email Activity Connector needs a option to "Select from Current active Select Campaigns(s) and any future active Select Campaigns

    When attempting to bring in Encompass Email Activity we can only select All current campaigns. The problem with this is that when the campaign is added in encompass it is not included when running the next run unless the client manually adds it.

    I have attached what is in SFMC Email Activity and Encompass Email Activity to compare.

  7. Enforce Unique Formula Names

    Formula names should be unique in Omatic Cloud. Multiple formulas with the same name can cause confusion during processing or reporting an issue with support.

  8. Add connector for Wufoo online forms

    It would be worth looking into how to create a connector service to an online forms site where one can easily custom build an online form and link to RE fields. Wufoo is a great site to start with and has an existing API.

  9. Add option to skip New User Creation

    In certain cases, there are reasons that if no user is matched it would be more applicable to skip that user rather than have new users created. It would be nice to add the option to automatically skip/ignore New Users. Currently they do go into a new user bucket, but we have to manually go in and repeatedly empty the bucket.

  10. RENXT Record Type Displayed in Buckets

    It would be helpful to see what kind of record type (Constituent/Non-constituent/Relationship) a record was while reviewing in the 1-Many matches bucket. This would speed up the process of determining which record is the correct match. This could be done through an extra column (that might be hidden if not wanted) or font formatting.

    The url of the Classy Fundraiser's Page is not available as a field to map in the Classy Connector and would be most useful to be able to capture. We have suggested this to Classy as well.

  13. Rearrange grid columns & save column order

    In the upgraded Omatic Cloud, it'd be nice to be able to rearrange grid columns, and as another user mentioned, have the custom column order persist when a user leaves the page:

  14. Shorten Data Transformation - add ability to shorten from front or back

    Current transformation only allows us to drop values from the end of a string. We also need the ability to drop values from the front of the screen.

  15. Custom routing of records

    Sometimes records need additional review steps and currently we are capturing those notes in an email/document to work through outside of the formula. We think Custom routing of records may help with this as it would allow us to set criteria (or decided on the fly) to route records to a special bucket, for instance, to review later. This would be a time-saving enhancement.

  16. Classy Endpoint API Field Additions

    Classy Recurring Giving Plans:

    1. Company Name (Available for Classy Transactions): This will be used to determine if a Recurring Gift was given by a Company or Individual.
    2. Primary Source and Secondary Source (Available for Classy Transactions) Needed to populate SF Campaign and GAU Allocation

  17. Allow 'Replace' transformation option to include operators for 'greater than', 'less than' and 'between'

    It would be great to be able to specify a range in order to have more conditional behavior within the 'Replace' transformation. For example, if I want to assign the gift letter code or acknowledgement status based on the gift amount.

  18. Calculation Transformation

    I would like the ability to calculate multiple number fields within the source file. I have a couple of use cases for this:

    1. LO TeamRaiser Registrations: When attempting to split gifts between Registrations, Upsell Items, and Additional Donations. There is no way to pull the amount spent on registrations. The Total Reg Fees only have the value of the single ticket purchase when really I need the value of if 5 were purchased. So currently the TR Registration Connector does not have a field that specifies how much of the payment was spent on registrations, but I could get the…

  19. Add to more than one group at a time through the RE-LO Constituent Formula in OC

    Would like the ability to add to more than one group through the RE - LO Constituent Export formula type in OC. Currently you can only add one group at a time using the "Add to Groups" field.

  20. Allow formula to run against all dates

    We use a constituent formula to sync RE NXT records to LO Donor Groups. Currently, the formula will only sync records modified within the past 30 days, but we may have thousands of records not modified in that date range that still need to be in a particular donor group. Forcing a change in the modified date just unnecessarily increases the volume of records also synced by the Opt In formula. We would like to be able to choose to run the formula against all dates.
