  2. Review specific fields that don't match the source destination

    When importing we are overriding values in our destination system that we may not want to. For example, field X has a value of A in the source data and value of B in the destination - we'd like a way to review this prior to sending to the destination (similar to data differences) so we can make a choice if it's overridden or not. Ideally we'd be able to define these fields as they are unique to our organization and business rules.

  4. Multiple Route to Ready Criteria Options

    It would be helpful to have the OR operator for "Route to Ready" based on critera.

    Ex: If Classy ID matches, Route to Ready

    OR

    If First Name/Last Name/Email matches, Route to Ready

  5. Make unmapped fields used in Record Match Search available in Summary Grid View

    address, email, and phone are all helpful in identifying matches, but unless the fields are mapped, we can't access them in Summary Grid View. Please also allow fields used in Record Match Search to be added to grid view for ease in identifying correct matches

  6. Print out P2GL formulas

    Currently there is no ability to print out P2GL formula configuration or logic threads. Since formulas cannot currently be copied, they have to be replicated manually and the inability to print formula configuration tremendously hampers that effort. This is even true when working to apply logic from one client's formula to another -- since the logic thread cannot be printed, it's challenging to recreate from memory and/or to toggle back and forth between formulas/monitors, etc.

  7. Date Cleanup Format in mapping for Unix timestamps

    We have a handful of connectors, example Hubspot, that save dates in a Unix timestamp format. A cleanup for date fields that will automatically changes dates to this Unix timestamp format would be helpful when integrating with these connectors. This will reduce destination exceptions caused by date format issues.

  8. P2GL Activity History

    It would be helpful to have Activity History for Post to General Ledger formulas. This would allow for an audit trail when trying to troubleshoot errors or instances when a formula was work previously and is no longer working.

  9. Additional Scheduling Options

    Right now, we have 3 scheduling options generally (weekly, daily, continuous). A client has requested that we have additional scheduling options, example: twice daily, twice weekly, every two weeks.

  10. Post to GL outputs for FE NXT

    The formula template for posting to FE NXT does not furnish any options for the output files that the formula generates (other than the actual batch in FE NXT). Since a Post-to-GL user may not have direct access to the destination FE NXT system, those output files are very valuable for analysis and troubleshooting.

    Currently, they come out as .txt files, which makes analysis challenging even when using an advanced editor. Can the output file that represents the created FE batch be output in .csv format? Or, could the user building the formula be given an option for the format…

  11. Ability to Schedule Formula to do Refund Pulls in Classy to Update Opportunities in Salesforce.

    We need the ability to pull Refunds from the Transactions Connector on a Scheduled basis. Currently, this would have to be a manual run because when a formula is scheduled it only pulls based on the created date not the Refunded date.

  12. Make popular / favourited translations available with one click

    In Importomatic, to add Proper Casing takes one click. In Omatic Cloud it takes around 7. It would be useful if we could "favourite" certain translations, so that these are able to be applied with a single click.

  13. Classy Transaction Filters

    I would like to include the following filters in the Classy Transaction Endpoint:

    1. Company Gifts based on if Company is provided or Individual Gifts Based on if Company is not provided.
    2. Only Recurring Donations or Only Individual Gifts
    3. Status: Include Succesful or Pending(ACH)
    4. Date filters Refund Date, Date Modified, Date Added, or Payout Date.

  14. 1: Many, Freeze Incoming Record

    If the potential matches in a 1:Many triage bucket record is greater than 5 and you scroll down to see if one of the lower potential matches might be it, the Incoming Record row disappears. It's like working in a spreadsheet where the top row isn't frozen to always display. Can we have something like Freeze Panes in the 1:Many triage buckets?

  15. A better Mailchimp ID?

    In doing some research in Mailchimp I noticed that there are other id fields that are visible in a contact export which is not the case for the Mailchimp ID. The fields are the EUID (unique identifier for a contact at the account level, across all audiences) and the LEID (unique identifier for a contact, specific to an audience). The LEID has the added benefit of being the ID listed in the URL when viewing a contact. When I look at my Omatic data mapping options, the EUID and LEID are not available for selection.   16. Delete from queue when Ready

    I have a formula to look at Mailchimp activity and add a Mailchimp ID Alias in RE/NXT. In the Triage rules, if there's a 1:1 Match on only this alias it goes into the Ready bucket.

    My current options for the Ready bucket are to hold for review or immediately send the alias into RE. Because it's already there, sending it again doesn't make sense. I'd much rather Delete anything that gets into that Ready bucket because the relevant data is already there. Am I missing something?

  17. RENXT to HubSpot Export: HubSpot Additional Email Match

    During an export from RENXT to HubSpot it looks like Omatic currently only looks for email matches for the email that is marked as "Primary" in HubSpot. Is it possible to consider the "Additional Emails" in HubSpot, to reduce the risk of duplicates being created?

  18. Enhanced Mappable fields to Transformations

    This was a previous uservoice story but there are still gaps with usability with the if/then ability in transformations. Specifically with if/then/else, the cascading transformations are challenging to build out for most users outside of onboarding.

    The ability to include mapable fields directly to a transformation, outside of concatenated replace logic, would be very helpful and would allow for a more intuitive user experience. This is current functionality in P2GL and it would be helpful to have in Omatic Cloud as well.

    Omatic Actions Sync in RENXT from Omatic Cloud to RENXT WebView: Custom fields with a value of a Link to a record

    As you are moving away from DB view, so will Omatic move away from using Profiles in the IOM Database view system. It will start using the cloud version which connects to RENXT Web View.

    In DB view you can add Actions with Action Custom Fields that connect to records. I am expecting that this functionality will also be available soon in the Cloud API for Omatic. It is not currently available.

  20. Omatic Data Service

    We currently have a subscription to Omatic Data Service with IOM to find fuzzy match duplicates during import. This service has been critical in reducing the number of duplicates created in the database. Will ODS be available in IOM+? I'm concerned that duplicate records will start to increase without it. This becomes a big issue after year-end when preparing tax receipt letters if donors have gifts spread over multiple records.
