Ability to import gift note
Currently I cannot import a flat file of gifts into an NXT/webview batch because I want to add a gift note.

Upgrade EveryAction connector to post gifts to EA.
The EveryAction connector only allows you to sync gifts from EA to RENXT. It would be helpful the option to push giving history to EA as well. It says you can map gift queries and gift lists from RE, but the only endpoints in EA are for people.
Within the EA API, there are endpoints for posting contributions and bulk uploads, implying that Omatic could implement this feature to create a true bi-directional sync.

Add Prospect Status
From what I can tell Prospect Status is not a field we can currently load to.

Custom Routing - Activity History
Would be beneficial to see in the activity history when records are deleted/removed due to the custom routing settings. This way if we see x number of records ingested but only see x number in the buckets it can help us audit the numbers we are seeing. Right now records just 'disappear' depending on the settings.

ability to use logic to pick from multiple source fields
For instance: Let's say the destination field is Last Name.
I may have multiple relevant source fields that are relevant to this destination: Legal Last Name, Preferred Last Name, etc. I may wish to map Preferred Last Name when available, but when that field is blank, use Legal Last Name.

Export returned data in the queue
Making use of Omatic's great finding and filtering functions I attempted to export a queue and to my surprise, there was no "RE ID" in the export, after talking to lovely tech support agent, Amanda, she suggested I add this idea here.
Exporting the returned data, specifically the "matched" RE ID, given in the queue would allow me to quickly filter, cleanup and manipulate the .csv file in Excel. Add Classy Live Transaction Types
Classy Live has different transaction types available than Classy. Not having the Classy Live transaction types available is creating a lot of manual work on our end because we use these types in a transformation for the package code in Raiser's Edge.

option to not overwrite receipt type
we have to map to receipt type as this is a required field when creating constituent records. But this means the receipt type is constantly being overwritten, which we don't want. Can we have options, similar to what is available for email/phone number, where we can choose to not overwrite it if a match is found

other name format for tributes
when creating tributes we need an "Other Name Format" to add to the record. This is available for consittuents, but not for tribute records.

Add individual system Record ID as a match option when importing a Relationship
Expand the matching logic for Relationships to include the Constituent System record ID . The constituent system record ID is unique across RE and is assigned to a record once added in RE. This data point will allow the import for Relationship records to use an alias/alias type and constituent system record IDs to get an exact match and will prevent duplicate/reciprocal relationships to be added in RENXT. Currently ImportOmatc will match on an Alias ID and will not create additional relationships if it exists.

Add Multiple Notes to One Action
Need the ability to add multiple notes to one action. Existing IOM profiles have many notes per action sometimes, and the ability to replicate this in OC would be helpful.

Allow defined type property for the column
The table, when it doesn't explicitly know the data type of a column, defaults to sorting its values as strings. This causes numbers to sort incorrectly (e.g., '10' appears before '2'). For proper numerical or date sorting, the table requires either a defined

Match on preferred name in NXT !
We need to be able to check incoming first name against both 'first name' AND 'preferred name/nickname' fields. THIS IS CRITICAL and is causing a much inefficiency and possible data corruption.

Currently when using the Classy Connector in O-Matic Cloud and building/updating a formula, you are unable to add a new "Campaign Type" when "Editing Classy Settings" in a profile without all of the previously selected campaigns disappearing. This forces the user to have to reselect all of the campaigns wanted in the profile. My organization 171 active campaigns. It would be great if users could select a new Campaign Type without all of their previous selections disappearing in the formula build.

Link Multiple External System Accounts to a Single Salesforce Account
If, over time, a donor makes gifts through Fundraise Up (FRU) using different email addresses (e.g., intially from an @aol.com account and later from an @gmail.com account), FRU will create a new record for the second gift. Because FRU isn’t a CRM, we can’t merge records. They will forever be separate with their own Fundraise Up ID (FRU ID).

Provide the ability to overwrite an existing value with a null value in MailChimp
Currently, date fields with null values are not sent through the MC connector. I'm not sure if this also applies to other types of fields.
This means that if a date field is populated in MC, then updated to a null value in RE, the date will not be overwritten in MC with the new value.
Because we use these date fields (expiration date, date joined, etc) as segmentation criteria, this affects our marketing campaigns to targeted audiences and can cause significant problems.

Have an export profile in the LO Connector that allows for TeamRaiser registrations to be exported from RE to LO.
Omatic has gotten TeamRaiser donations to flow really well from Re to LO, but the missing piece is still the offline registrations that need to go from RE to LO. Currently we have to use Blackbaud's arcaic upload system and then still rely on RELO to pull them down into RE because the import for registrations either does not have the ability to recognize offline registrations or cannot recognize the time stamp the LO uses for offline uploads of registrations.

Participant Summary Note suggestions
I have a new formula to add Event Participants based on event related email activity. I've got it adding/updating the Participant info correctly but would like to track some of the email specific information (ie, which email, sent when, sent/opened/clicked/etc.) in the Participant Summary Note. I am intentionally not tracking this email information as an Assigned Appeal or an Action as those records have specific functions within my database that do not apply to events. Dedup records in triage buckets
I'm finding duplicate records within formula triage buckets which means I either need to process or manually delete each of them. I understand why they sometimes occur but would like within the Reprocess functionality or as a separate action button the ability to remove duplicate records.
