Ability to remove special non-ASCII characters aka Emojis
It would be helpful to be able to remove nonstandard characters or Emoticons using the "remove custom text" field.
Use Case - Email subject lines often include these unreadable/unusable characters.

1: Many, Freeze Incoming Record
If the potential matches in a 1:Many triage bucket record is greater than 5 and you scroll down to see if one of the lower potential matches might be it, the Incoming Record row disappears. It's like working in a spreadsheet where the top row isn't frozen to always display. Can we have something like Freeze Panes in the 1:Many triage buckets?

Organization Information in "Verify your account" email
When adding a user to an account, it would be helpful to see the Org Name and potentially the tenant name associated with the email verification. The current email does not include any identifying information and makes confirming access challenging. It would be much easier for users to be able to directly click on the OC URL from the "Verify your email/account" email that is sent out when a user is given access to an OC instance.

Ability to Schedule Exports from RE/NXT
It would make life a lot easier to be able to schedule an export so that data can be shared with another data system without having to do it manually.

Adding HubSpot Alternate Email
It looks like right now for the RENXT to HubSpot formula we only have the option to update the existing email on a HubSpot contact. We'd like the ability to add an alternate email address to the existing HubSpot contact.

HubSpot additional Properties under Email Information Group
For the RENXT Constituents to HubSpot formula--right now it looks like we only have access to 2 fields under the Email Information Group: "Email address quarantine reason" and "Legal basis for processing contact's data". Additional subscription information can be kept under this Group to indicate a user's interests so that we can create specific email lists, but we can't access them right now.

Classy Transaction Filters
I would like to include the following filters in the Classy Transaction Endpoint:
- Company Gifts based on if Company is provided or Individual Gifts Based on if Company is not provided.
- Only Recurring Donations or Only Individual Gifts
- Status: Include Succesful or Pending(ACH)
- Date filters Refund Date, Date Modified, Date Added, or Payout Date.

Ability to Manually Pause Formulas when "Failed to connect to Data Sources"
It would be helpful to move a formula that is in an error status to pause status without having to resolve the data sources. The formula could possibly have data in the buckets and the goal would be to prevent that data from being reprocessed or sent to the destination.

Be able to match to Gift Attribute Import ID in order to update gift attributes
Seem to be able to add new gift attributes, but not update existing gift attributes. Being able to globally update existing gift attributes would be very useful

Ability to Schedule Formula to do Refund Pulls in Classy to Update Opportunities in Salesforce.
We need the ability to pull Refunds from the Transactions Connector on a Scheduled basis. Currently, this would have to be a manual run because when a formula is scheduled it only pulls based on the created date not the Refunded date.

Update fields with blank values
We would like to have the functionality for Omatic Cloud to update fields with Blank values in from Luminate --> Salesforce and vice versa from Salesforce --> Luminate. Blank values have meaning in both of our databases so this functionality would be extremely useful.

Add Relationship Attributes
We would like the ability to send relationship attributes through Omatic Cloud to RENXT.

Hi Anna, In RENXT, if you add an attribute to a relationship, it requires that relationship to be a full constituent. This is a bit different than how relationship attributes functioned in RE7. By mapping relationship attributes through RENXT, would you be okay with those records automatically being promoted to full constituents? Best, Kristen -
Rearrange grid columns & save column order
In the upgraded Omatic Cloud, it'd be nice to be able to rearrange grid columns, and as another user mentioned, have the custom column order persist when a user leaves the page:

Add RE NXT tax declaration to list of available fields
To use Omatic for gift imports in the UK we need to be able to add tax declaration information for the donor. These fields have been added to the Sky API now, so could they also be added for mapping in Omatic Cloud?

Sample Data (not enough of it)
Sample data provided when configuring new P2GL formulas is limited to 20 or 25 rows of transactions, which typically is not enough sample data to ensure that formula configurations are accurate and doing what the client needs. Two examples:
In one case there were transformations configured that looked right on the first 20 rows of data, but we couldn't see that the logic was incorrect on other rows. It was not until the client ran the post and saw an error on row 190 that we were alerted that the logic needed to be refined.

Encompass Email Activity Connector needs a option to "Select from Current active Select Campaigns(s) and any future active Select Campaigns
When attempting to bring in Encompass Email Activity we can only select All current campaigns. The problem with this is that when the campaign is added in encompass it is not included when running the next run unless the client manually adds it.
I have attached what is in SFMC Email Activity and Encompass Email Activity to compare.
