How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector

    Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

  2. Search Functionality in 1:1, 1:Many, New Record Queues

    It would be helpful to search function across all the record queues to find certain points of data. This could operate similar to a Ctrl F but across all pages within that bucket.

  4. Make lookup fields external ID friendly

    Lookup fields, prior to expanding the object, will only accept the Salesforce GUID, currently. If we want to map to another field, we need to expand the object. Having the lookup field accept any external ID of that object would aid in preventing too many objects mapped and also help to prevent unnecessary related records match work.

  6. Participant Summary Note suggestions

    I have a new formula to add Event Participants based on event related email activity. I've got it adding/updating the Participant info correctly but would like to track some of the email specific information (ie, which email, sent when, sent/opened/clicked/etc.) in the Participant Summary Note. I am intentionally not tracking this email information as an Assigned Appeal or an Action as those records have specific functions within my database that do not apply to events.   8. Ability to reprocess one record of selected group of records in Exceptions

    We would love to see the ability to reprocess only single records or a selected group of records from exceptions. For instance, in our exceptions bucket, there is a mix of legitimate exceptions, and RE token expired exceptions. We'd love to just be able to reprocess the token expired ones and leave the legitimate exceptions in the bucket.

  9. Add option to skip New User Creation

    In certain cases, there are reasons that if no user is matched it would be more applicable to skip that user rather than have new users created. It would be nice to add the option to automatically skip/ignore New Users. Currently they do go into a new user bucket, but we have to manually go in and repeatedly empty the bucket.

  10. Error Message When OC Mapping Not Saved

    It would be great if there was a pop-up error when the mappings are not saved successfully. Right now you can select "Save and Next" and it looks like nothing happens. It does give you a "Saved Successful" message if the mapping saves, but it isn't obvious to a new user if something is causing an error. Specifics on what is causing the error would be helpful too, so you can eliminate the need to click through each section to find the field causing the issue.

  12. Add NIN to Omatic cloud

    For importing Standing Order payments from the bank the only way we can link to Constituents is by a unique ref. We currently store this in the NIN field. Could we get this field added to the omatic cloud when it is added to the SKY API (raised with Blackbaud as well). Thanks

  13. Delete Field Value Using Dedicated Syntax

    We often have the need to delete/clear a field when importing. It would be great to have a dedicated syntax that we can map to indicate that the mapped field should be replaced with null.

    E.g. if we map {DELETE} it would remove the value in the field in Salesforce that we are updating, leaving it blank.

    This would allow blank fields to be ignored, whilst giving users a way to very intentionally delete a fields.

    Two examples:

    1) We have a file of donor data where invalid/incorrect email addresses and phone numbers have been flagged. We can therefore import…

    Currently these fields are not available in Blackbaud's SKY API. However"," once they are available"," we will look into adding this information!

  16. Add ability to move data from BBCRM to Omatic Cloud using Export Definitions

    We are trying to move data between BBCRM and iModules Encompass using Omatic Cloud and would find it very beneficial to use export definitions to send data back and forth rather than queries. The reason is that with export definitions we can be specific about what data to send back and forth. For example, we use constituency to move data in Encompass from our main community to our sub-communities. Therefore we have a need to pull over constituency code. However, we only want to pull certain ones. In query, when we put constituency code in our output, it brings over…

  17. Add Delete button to "Multiple matches & data differences" queue

    Currently, there's only "Review" button. If the record comes several time, you have to go to each "Review" screen to delete the repeats. It really takes time if there are lots repeated & records.

  18. Ability to Write Back Transaction ID when Sending Offline Donations for Luminate and Classy

    I would like the ability to send back a transaction ID to an offline gift from either RENXT or SF to (LO or Classy).

    Idea:
    1. Allow for Filtering of Only Offline Donations from both Luminate and Classy Systems. This will allow us the ability to have formulas dedicated to updating offline donations back in SF. This would not work for RENXT since updating is not available.

  19. RENXT Tags

    We would like to be able to use RENXT Tags for mapping to HubSpot. This field is currently available in NXT but not available in RENXT List to HubSpot formulas.

  20. P2GL Activity History

    It would be helpful to have Activity History for Post to General Ledger formulas. This would allow for an audit trail when trying to troubleshoot errors or instances when a formula was work previously and is no longer working.
