How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  2. Add Payout ID and Date to the API

    Payout ID and Payout Date added to the API for reconciling between P2GL and OC integration. It's a critical information requirement.

  3. Ability to Schedule Formula to do Refund Pulls in Classy to Update Opportunities in Salesforce.

    We need the ability to pull Refunds from the Transactions Connector on a Scheduled basis. Currently, this would have to be a manual run because when a formula is scheduled it only pulls based on the created date not the Refunded date.

  4. Update fields with blank values

    We would like to have the functionality for Omatic Cloud to update fields with Blank values in from Luminate --> Salesforce and vice versa from Salesforce --> Luminate. Blank values have meaning in both of our databases so this functionality would be extremely useful.

    Hi Anna, In RENXT, if you add an attribute to a relationship, it requires that relationship to be a full constituent. This is a bit different than how relationship attributes functioned in RE7. By mapping relationship attributes through RENXT, would you be okay with those records automatically being promoted to full constituents? Best, Kristen

  6. Rearrange grid columns & save column order

    In the upgraded Omatic Cloud, it'd be nice to be able to rearrange grid columns, and as another user mentioned, have the custom column order persist when a user leaves the page:

  7. Add RE NXT tax declaration to list of available fields

    To use Omatic for gift imports in the UK we need to be able to add tax declaration information for the donor. These fields have been added to the Sky API now, so could they also be added for mapping in Omatic Cloud?

  8. Sample Data (not enough of it)

    Sample data provided when configuring new P2GL formulas is limited to 20 or 25 rows of transactions, which typically is not enough sample data to ensure that formula configurations are accurate and doing what the client needs. Two examples:

    1. In one case there were transformations configured that looked right on the first 20 rows of data, but we couldn't see that the logic was incorrect on other rows. It was not until the client ran the post and saw an error on row 190 that we were alerted that the logic needed to be refined.

  9. Encompass Email Activity Connector needs a option to "Select from Current active Select Campaigns(s) and any future active Select Campaigns

    When attempting to bring in Encompass Email Activity we can only select All current campaigns. The problem with this is that when the campaign is added in encompass it is not included when running the next run unless the client manually adds it.

    I have attached what is in SFMC Email Activity and Encompass Email Activity to compare.

  10. Dedup records in triage buckets

    I'm finding duplicate records within formula triage buckets which means I either need to process or manually delete each of them. I understand why they sometimes occur but would like within the Reprocess functionality or as a separate action button the ability to remove duplicate records.

  11. RENXT to HubSpot Export: HubSpot Additional Email Match

    During an export from RENXT to HubSpot it looks like Omatic currently only looks for email matches for the email that is marked as "Primary" in HubSpot. Is it possible to consider the "Additional Emails" in HubSpot, to reduce the risk of duplicates being created?

  12. Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector

    Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

  13. Search Functionality in 1:1, 1:Many, New Record Queues

    It would be helpful to search function across all the record queues to find certain points of data. This could operate similar to a Ctrl F but across all pages within that bucket.

  15. Make lookup fields external ID friendly

    Lookup fields, prior to expanding the object, will only accept the Salesforce GUID, currently. If we want to map to another field, we need to expand the object. Having the lookup field accept any external ID of that object would aid in preventing too many objects mapped and also help to prevent unnecessary related records match work.

  17. Participant Summary Note suggestions

    I have a new formula to add Event Participants based on event related email activity. I've got it adding/updating the Participant info correctly but would like to track some of the email specific information (ie, which email, sent when, sent/opened/clicked/etc.) in the Participant Summary Note. I am intentionally not tracking this email information as an Assigned Appeal or an Action as those records have specific functions within my database that do not apply to events. Does anyone have a way to automate getting the information into the Participant Summary Note or any other suggestions for how I might want to…

  19. Ability to reprocess one record of selected group of records in Exceptions

    We would love to see the ability to reprocess only single records or a selected group of records from exceptions. For instance, in our exceptions bucket, there is a mix of legitimate exceptions, and RE token expired exceptions. We'd love to just be able to reprocess the token expired ones and leave the legitimate exceptions in the bucket.

  20. Add option to skip New User Creation

    In certain cases, there are reasons that if no user is matched it would be more applicable to skip that user rather than have new users created. It would be nice to add the option to automatically skip/ignore New Users. Currently they do go into a new user bucket, but we have to manually go in and repeatedly empty the bucket.
