Enforce imported Name Format order on new constituents in RE NXT
Allow us to set the order that Name Formats are imported into new constituents. Those of us with a standard ordering for addressees and salutations need this. Currently, RE NXT just decides on an order, which makes them hard to review.

Allow adjustment or pre-set of row and column sizing
Currently row and column sizing adjusts to the data in each field. This makes working difficult when importing large amounts of text in notes or actions, when the rows expand to beyond the length of a screen. If we could force a set length, adjust how much text is visible, or even the equivalent of de-selecting 'text wrapping' it would make it much easier to view the data.
This would also approve reviewing data in 1:1 matches and similar, which currently resizes the columns whenever one is cleared that had a slightly longer entry in a field. Trying to quickly…6 votes -
Luminate Online: Fee Cover Option data field availability
Luminate Online has started to offer the option for donors to cover the cost of fees when donating. They added a field in the database called "fee cover option" on the gift. We would like that field available in Omatic cloud so that we can bring that data into RE in the gift attributes so we can track the number of donors opting into this option along with the amount. Tracking this amount is necessary for our organization because:

Automatically remove currency symbols
Please make it so that all currency values in a file remove the currency formatting. Every time I have a flat file that requires a calculation between 2 existing values on the file, I have to either remember to format my flat file before import, or I have to figure out how to do a custom code to do the calculation instead.

Need the ability to add multiple notes to one action. Existing IOM profiles have many notes per action sometimes, and the ability to replicate this in OC would be helpful.

Enhanced Batch Controls for Safer NXT Data Processing
Introduce safeguards that allow users to validate and, if needed, stop or reverse large batch submissions to NXT. When processing high volumes of records, a single wrong button push or selection error can impact thousands of records with little ability to intervene once a send is initiated (ask me how i know). Adding a pre-send validation layer would help identify anomalies before data is committed. In addition, the ability to pause or cancel a batch in progress, along with clear status visibility, would provide critical control during processing. Import File History with File Name
Similar to the classic Omatic, a history that shows import file location, name, import date, and number of imported records. In the Cloud version, it just shows number of records imported.

Mark a record as “Needs Attention” based on specific criteria
Similar to routing or custom routing rules, the idea is that a record must be manually reviewed and validated when certain conditions are met (other than a match to a platform record like Salesforce or RE).

Allow update to Recurring Gift Status
When a recurring gift plan is terminated due to failed payments, completed or cancelled by the donor, it is necessary to update the status of the recurring gift in RENXT.
Blackbaud's current API for PATCH Gift (Edit) indicates "Posted gifts cannot be modified, except to change recurring gift status".
Please allow for integration of Recurring Gift status updates.

Add Sent Email API for Engaging Networks
Engaging Networks offers a paid API service in addition to their Bulk API that is the only way to extract specific email send information, regardless of a user's interaction with that email. We need to be able to import email activity into Raiser's Edge, including what email a constituent was sent so we can report on appeal response, but can only do so with the Sent Email API.

Ability to Import Mapping on completed formulas
It would be great to be able to import a mapping into an existing/completed formula. Right now you can only do this if the formula is in "Draft", but there are many times where we need to be able to import a mapping to a completed formula. The workaround is "Copy and Swap", but that only works in some cases.

Allow In-Line Edit in Formula Exceptions
It would be helpful to have the ability to fix matching formula exceptions using inline edits. Specifically with email connectors, this is would be useful to correct invalid email addresses.

LO Donation Form Filter Improvement
I'd like a better filter for donation forms. We have multiple donation forms in LO (e.g. restricted, unrestricted, monthly first, etc) and I've had to create formulas that fit the needs of those forms and it's difficult to have to keep adding them every time there is a new form and to add them in the correct formula. It's time consuming and also we have a lot of missing donations when we forget to add a donation form and have to add them and rerun the formula after the fact again.
