  1. Ability to Filter on Refunded Gifts in EveryAction

    Currently, our EveryAction API ingests on modified date and that brings in refunded gifts. Those refunded gifts do not have any indication that they are refunded and resemble true gifts. Request is for some filter on refunded gift or the inclusion of Refund/Adjustment information fields.

  2. Ability to delete Custom fields

    It would be helpful to have the ability to remove Custom Field Attributes in NXT, not just add them.

  3. Add Delete button to "Multiple matches & data differences" queue

    Currently, there's only "Review" button. If the record comes several time, you have to go to each "Review" screen to delete the repeats. It really takes time if there are lots repeated & records.

  4. On the Post to GL 'View History' screen, add a column that shows how long a job took to run

    On the 'View History' screen, can we see how long a job took to run?

    Having the duration data would help clients be able to gauge the duration of future posting processes and even when they should be kicked-off, etc.

    Eg, if running 9K records took 80 minutes, and my next posting is 13K records, I should plan for it to take around 2 hours, etc.

  5. Organization Information in "Verify your account" email

    When adding a user to an account, it would be helpful to see the Org Name and potentially the tenant name associated with the email verification. The current email does not include any identifying information and makes confirming access challenging. It would be much easier for users to be able to directly click on the OC URL from the "Verify your email/account" email that is sent out when a user is given access to an OC instance.

  6. Custom Fields in Every Action Connector on Contributions

    It looks like custom fields are available for Contributions in the EveryAction connector, but we can't access the Contribution custom fields that are available on the Recurring Commitment formulas. Example--we're looking for a custom "Fund" field that has been created to further breakout gifts, but we are not able to map to this right now for recurring commitments. The custom field is available on the contribution.

  7. Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector

    Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

  8. Salesforce Opportunity Name: Only Add if New

    When adding a new opportunity SF requires an Opportunity Name, but Salesforce ends up changing the name after the opportunity is added anyway. When an opportunity is updated it will change the name to whatever you have mapped as the Opportunity Name. Then a workflow is needed to change them back.

  9. Release Note Subscriptions

    Allow users to subscribe for Release Notification emails and maybe even default that they're sent to client site admins. It could be as simple as a quick email saying when there will be a new release and a link to your Release Notes webpage (https://omatic-cloud.helpdocsonline.com/release-notes).

    With other vendors, I add these notes to my work calendar so it's on my radar when changes are coming and helps me triage when something hiccups unexpectedly.

  10. Automatically delete $0 "donations" when importing

    Third party workplace/matching gift platforms (i.e. Benevity) will often provide import documentation that contains either an individual contributions OR a company matching gift - leaving the other field to contain a $0 "donation."

    When uploading those files through Omatic Cloud - the $0 "donation" is pulled into the "Needs Attention" queue and require the user to manually delete.

    Omatic should create a functionality that would allow users to set conditions in their formulas to automatically delete these $0 "donations."

  11. Send to a specific triage bucket based on a Mailchimp status field results returned during matching.

    Triage currently takes specific match situations into account but I'd like to send records where Mailchimp returned "Cleaned" or "Unsubscribed" directly to the Exceptions triage bucket regardless of matching criteria. This will allow me to automate the Ready triage bucket instead of needing to review it before sending the record updates to Mailchimp. This matters because I'm trying to reduce the overall number of API transactions (Blackbaud has a threshold over which they charge me extra).

  12. Post to GL outputs for FE NXT

    The formula template for posting to FE NXT does not furnish any options for the output files that the formula generates (other than the actual batch in FE NXT). Since a Post-to-GL user may not have direct access to the destination FE NXT system, those output files are very valuable for analysis and troubleshooting.

    Currently, they come out as .txt files, which makes analysis challenging even when using an advanced editor. Can the output file that represents the created FE batch be output in .csv format? Or, could the user building the formula be given an option for the format…

    Hi Anna, In RENXT, if you add an attribute to a relationship, it requires that relationship to be a full constituent. This is a bit different than how relationship attributes functioned in RE7. By mapping relationship attributes through RENXT, would you be okay with those records automatically being promoted to full constituents? Best, Kristen

    Currently these fields are not available in Blackbaud's SKY API. However"," once they are available"," we will look into adding this information!
  15. Create Email Activity When Using LO Email Activity Formula

    Currently the LO Email Activty formula creates an action in the constituent record. It would be great if, instead, it created an entry in the Email history tile instead. We would like to reserve the Action tile for more personal, one to one communication and record the bulk emails in the Email history tile.

    I agree this would be a great idea! Currently we are limited by the RENXT API"," and not able to send data through the API to the Email history tile. If this becomes available"," we will add this ability to Omatic Cloud.
  16. Extend date range to allow for pulling data older than 30 days when MailChimp is the data source

    Users need to be able to go beyond the thirty-day date-range limit to process older data from MailChimp when it is the data source for the Omatic Cloud formula.

  18. Add a Classy Event Recurring Plan profile type

    Classy users have the option to configure an event with Recurring Gift options for donors. A Classy Event Recurring Plan profile type seems to be needed for recurring gifts created on events since those new recurring setups don't come through with the standard Classy recurring plan profile. The recurring installments are able to come down through the donations profile, but none of the existing Classy connector profile types seem to be able to handle the Recurring Setup gift currently if it made on an event record in Classy.

  19. Feedback requested for cascading toast notifications

    With the release on July 2, 2024, we greatly reduced the cascading toast notifications and moved the notifications to the center of the page, as to not impede with interactions within the application. We want to continue to make incremental updates to notifications, so we'd love your feedback!

    What information would you like to see in the notifications? Where and how would you like to access the notifications? How do you use the information to change a behavior or interaction within Omatic Cloud? What else?

  20. Add Team Captain Name and Participant Name Fields to LO TeamRaiser Gift

    The IDs for gift linking are awesome, but many clients also need to associate the participant name and team captain name with the gift as well (usually a gift attribute or reference). These fields are available through standard LO reports, could these two fields also come down through the connector API?
