Related Record Queue Display
It would be helpful to see all records in the Related Record Queue by page rather than a scrolling view. This will make review of records faster and more efficient.

Additional Object Picker Field Access for Contact Roles
It would be great to have access to additional fields on the object picker when creating Contact Roles in Salesforce. This would allow for the prevention of duplicate Contact Roles being created in Salesforce if a Contact Role already exists for a Contact on an Opportunity.

Ability to Overwrite an Entire Data Extension in SFMC
In some cases, it would be great to be able to instead of update the Data Extension, instead having the ability to Overwrite it with all records in a query. So all records not in the query are removed from the Data Extension.

Export Formula Option from Data Queue
It would be helpful to be able to export the formula from the Data Queue screen rather than having to open the formula and navigate to the mapping page. The button location could be below the "Other Options" section on the formula options flyout.

Don't Update Existing Blank Values in Destination when Default Data Difference is Destination
When setting the Default Data Difference to Destination, we'd like to leave an existing destination value that is blank. We would not want to import incoming values in this scenario.
This is happening specifically when a record lands in New, but we know there's a match so we use Override to match to the existing record.1 vote -

On the Post to GL 'View History' screen, add a column that shows how long a job took to run
On the 'View History' screen, can we see how long a job took to run?
Having the duration data would help clients be able to gauge the duration of future posting processes and even when they should be kicked-off, etc.
Eg, if running 9K records took 80 minutes, and my next posting is 13K records, I should plan for it to take around 2 hours, etc.

Organization Information in "Verify your account" email
When adding a user to an account, it would be helpful to see the Org Name and potentially the tenant name associated with the email verification. The current email does not include any identifying information and makes confirming access challenging. It would be much easier for users to be able to directly click on the OC URL from the "Verify your email/account" email that is sent out when a user is given access to an OC instance.

Custom Fields in Every Action Connector on Contributions
It looks like custom fields are available for Contributions in the EveryAction connector, but we can't access the Contribution custom fields that are available on the Recurring Commitment formulas. Example--we're looking for a custom "Fund" field that has been created to further breakout gifts, but we are not able to map to this right now for recurring commitments. The custom field is available on the contribution.

Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector
Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

Salesforce Opportunity Name: Only Add if New
When adding a new opportunity SF requires an Opportunity Name, but Salesforce ends up changing the name after the opportunity is added anyway. When an opportunity is updated it will change the name to whatever you have mapped as the Opportunity Name. Then a workflow is needed to change them back.

Release Note Subscriptions
Allow users to subscribe for Release Notification emails and maybe even default that they're sent to client site admins. It could be as simple as a quick email saying when there will be a new release and a link to your Release Notes webpage (https://omatic-cloud.helpdocsonline.com/release-notes).
With other vendors, I add these notes to my work calendar so it's on my radar when changes are coming and helps me triage when something hiccups unexpectedly.

Add fields to Altru connector (particularly Volunteer)
There is no import template available in Altru to import into a Volunteer record. This would be a gamechanger for our organization as we will have to manually enter and match volunteer data. We have the pathways set up in Omatic Cloud and we will not have enough data to warrant using ImportOmatic.
There are other fields that we have come across that would be helpful as well. I have not noticed any updates made to the Altru connector other than the move from OIC to Omatic Cloud. I am happy to share other fields that would be helpful if…

Automatically delete $0 "donations" when importing
Third party workplace/matching gift platforms (i.e. Benevity) will often provide import documentation that contains either an individual contributions OR a company matching gift - leaving the other field to contain a $0 "donation."
When uploading those files through Omatic Cloud - the $0 "donation" is pulled into the "Needs Attention" queue and require the user to manually delete.
Omatic should create a functionality that would allow users to set conditions in their formulas to automatically delete these $0 "donations."

Add Relationship Attributes
We would like the ability to send relationship attributes through Omatic Cloud to RENXT.

Hi Anna, In RENXT, if you add an attribute to a relationship, it requires that relationship to be a full constituent. This is a bit different than how relationship attributes functioned in RE7. By mapping relationship attributes through RENXT, would you be okay with those records automatically being promoted to full constituents? Best, Kristen -

Create Email Activity When Using LO Email Activity Formula
Currently the LO Email Activty formula creates an action in the constituent record. It would be great if, instead, it created an entry in the Email history tile instead. We would like to reserve the Action tile for more personal, one to one communication and record the bulk emails in the Email history tile.

Extend date range to allow for pulling data older than 30 days when MailChimp is the data source
Users need to be able to go beyond the thirty-day date-range limit to process older data from MailChimp when it is the data source for the Omatic Cloud formula.
