The ability to exclude records before transformation
It would be great to be able to have a formula skip a record based on specific criteria before transformation and matching happens. For example, we have lists that contain thousands of people that get scored by a wealth screening service. We only want to import the records that have a score of 52 or higher. This is sort of like the custom routing rules that happen after all the records have been matched/transformed. But having this ability before processing skips having to deal with exceptions for records that ultimately won't go into the CRM and saving us time.

Add Org Relationships Second Time
When importing organizational relationships, the organization relationship may exist already with an end date. We would like to add an additional org relationship with a current start date. Currently, it is matching to the existing organizational relationship and erroring out because "start date cannot be before end date".
Therefore, we must manually add the relationship if the relationship already exists. Example, we want to upload a new employee to our database but they were a former employee 20 years ago and that org relationship is recorded as a former org relationship on their record to our university. Add Sent Email API for Engaging Networks
Engaging Networks offers a paid API service in addition to their Bulk API that is the only way to extract specific email send information, regardless of a user's interaction with that email. We need to be able to import email activity into Raiser's Edge, including what email a constituent was sent so we can report on appeal response, but can only do so with the Sent Email API.

Import File History with File Name
Similar to the classic Omatic, a history that shows import file location, name, import date, and number of imported records. In the Cloud version, it just shows number of records imported.

Functionality to Map Bank Information with Direct Debit Gifts
When the pay method is "Direct Debit" for a gift that is brought in through regular Omatic processes (not via a batch), Omatic will leave the "Bank/Financial Institution" field empty in Raiser's Edge Database view. This field does not exist in RENXT, but it is a required field in DBV in order to use the payment method of "Direct Debit". Therefore, there isn't a way to map bank details or relationships at this time within Omatic Cloud formulas.
Because my team almost exclusively uses DBV, our Finance team cannot reconcile the gifts that do not have the "Bank/Financial Institution" field…

Show "created by" and "last modified by" in NXT based on the Omatic Cloud user that did the action
When processing data in Omatic Cloud it shows the last person to modify a record is based on the connection, not the user. We would like it to show it based on the Omatic Cloud user that processed the record in the formula.

Merge records (accounts)
Omatic Cloud have a DBA assistant; the only missing this is the ability to merge accounts like Merge O Matic.

Option to Chain a Sequence of Formulas
Add the option of running a sequence of formulas, so that each formula begins only when the previous formula completes.
In our case, we need to run multiple formulas for a single import job because our data source (RENXT Queries) can't yield the results we need in just one query. The difficulty is that sometimes we need to overwrite the data written by a previous formula. Import time can vary widely depending on both connectivity and the variable number of records that day, so this option could greatly improve the stability of our process.

Would like to be able to filter by error reason on Omatic Cloud. This will allow for us to delete or process liked errors all at once.

Excluding archived records from importing into RENXT
When bringing information from MC to RENXT like the MailChimp ID, it would be great to not bring over the archived record information. This will help prevent records in RE to be connected to more than one MC record.

Provide the ability to overwrite an existing value with a null value in MailChimp
Currently, date fields with null values are not sent through the MC connector. I'm not sure if this also applies to other types of fields.
This means that if a date field is populated in MC, then updated to a null value in RE, the date will not be overwritten in MC with the new value.
Because we use these date fields (expiration date, date joined, etc) as segmentation criteria, this affects our marketing campaigns to targeted audiences and can cause significant problems.

Have an export profile in the LO Connector that allows for TeamRaiser registrations to be exported from RE to LO.
Omatic has gotten TeamRaiser donations to flow really well from Re to LO, but the missing piece is still the offline registrations that need to go from RE to LO. Currently we have to use Blackbaud's arcaic upload system and then still rely on RELO to pull them down into RE because the import for registrations either does not have the ability to recognize offline registrations or cannot recognize the time stamp the LO uses for offline uploads of registrations.

Participant Summary Note suggestions
I have a new formula to add Event Participants based on event related email activity. I've got it adding/updating the Participant info correctly but would like to track some of the email specific information (ie, which email, sent when, sent/opened/clicked/etc.) in the Participant Summary Note. I am intentionally not tracking this email information as an Assigned Appeal or an Action as those records have specific functions within my database that do not apply to events. Does anyone have a way to automate getting the information into the Participant Summary Note or any other suggestions for how I might want to…

Dedup records in triage buckets
I'm finding duplicate records within formula triage buckets which means I either need to process or manually delete each of them. I understand why they sometimes occur but would like within the Reprocess functionality or as a separate action button the ability to remove duplicate records.

Add ability to move data from BBCRM to Omatic Cloud using Export Definitions
We are trying to move data between BBCRM and iModules Encompass using Omatic Cloud and would find it very beneficial to use export definitions to send data back and forth rather than queries. The reason is that with export definitions we can be specific about what data to send back and forth. For example, we use constituency to move data in Encompass from our main community to our sub-communities. Therefore we have a need to pull over constituency code.
