How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  2. A better Mailchimp ID?

    In doing some research in Mailchimp I noticed that there are other id fields that are visible in a contact export which is not the case for the Mailchimp ID. The fields are the EUID (unique identifier for a contact at the account level, across all audiences) and the LEID (unique identifier for a contact, specific to an audience). The LEID has the added benefit of being the ID listed in the URL when viewing a contact. When I look at my Omatic data mapping options, the EUID and LEID are not available for selection.   3. Download exceptions to a spreadsheet

    We have duplication of error messages to single records and would like to download them to a spreadsheet so we can dedup and determine next steps with the records. Then we'd be able to delete everything from the OC exceptions bucket and know we're not skipping anything that truly needs attention.

  4. Conditionally Ingore Records

    I would like to pitch an idea to conditionally ignore entire records based on a specific field value or set of values. For example: - If a specific field is of type date and a specific date is found then that record would be ignored. - If the profile field "Marital Status" is equal to married than ignore - If the specific value matches the same field in the destination source, then ignore the record

  6. Update fields with blank values

    We would like to have the functionality for Omatic Cloud to update fields with Blank values in from Luminate --> Salesforce and vice versa from Salesforce --> Luminate. Blank values have meaning in both of our databases so this functionality would be extremely useful.

  7. Formula Triage Summary - Column Headers

    It would be nice if there was a way to tell which of the "Add if not matched" and "Edit if Not Match" headers go to which section. I understand that by default they are meant to be in order but it still can be somewhat confusing on larger formulas. Not sure if color coordinating headers would be a simple solution, or maybe a tool tip containing the section name?

  10. HubSpot additional Properties under Email Information Group

    For the RENXT Constituents to HubSpot formula--right now it looks like we only have access to 2 fields under the Email Information Group: "Email address quarantine reason" and "Legal basis for processing contact's data". Additional subscription information can be kept under this Group to indicate a user's interests so that we can create specific email lists, but we can't access them right now.

  11. Adding HubSpot Alternate Email

    It looks like right now for the RENXT to HubSpot formula we only have the option to update the existing email on a HubSpot contact. We'd like the ability to add an alternate email address to the existing HubSpot contact.

  12. Ability to Schedule Exports from RE/NXT

    It would make life a lot easier to be able to schedule an export so that data can be shared with another data system without having to do it manually.

  14. HubSpot Company Object Formula

    Currently, we are only able access data from the Contacts object. It will be helpful to also include the Company object or have separate Company based formulas for this connector.

  16. Audit trail on P2GL formulas

    We need a way to identify who (which user) created and last changed a P2GL (including POM) formula. We also need an audit trail to identify who may have deleted a P2GL formula.

  17. Record Routing / Advanced Matching Working Together

    Currently, if Advanced matching settings are enabled, it interacts with routing in a way that unintentionally disrupts routing to ready based on Primary match. It would be helpful to include "Primary" matching in routing rules. Due to the current interaction, it probably wouldn't be recommended to use primary matching on one field if the route to ready rules are based on multiple fields.

  18. Phone format for UK

    In ImportOmatic with the dictionaries we had ability to check if the phone number was less then 11 characters and add a '0' at the beginning of the string
