Ability to Schedule Formula to do Refund Pulls in Classy to Update Opportunities in Salesforce.
We need the ability to pull Refunds from the Transactions Connector on a Scheduled basis. Currently, this would have to be a manual run because when a formula is scheduled it only pulls based on the created date not the Refunded date.

Creating Lists for records imported in Omatic Cloud
One of my favorite features of ImportOmatic is its ability to create queries around new and updated entries after each import, along with exported update files. If something goes awry with an import, this function allows me to have an easily-pulled grouping of any affected records. Right now, the only way I can do this in Omatic Cloud is with an ad hoc workaround (like adding a constituent attribute for when the records were touched by Omatic Cloud). RE NXT-Add or REMOVE Cons Codes and Solicit Codes
We need the ability to remove constituent codes or solicit codes like we do in IOM. There is no option for that in OIC, and the removal character does not work.

Update email address type when importing new email
When importing to existing constituent records and matching on email address, it would be great to be able to import non-matching email addresses to a new email type, such as Email 1, Email 2, etc.

We record event specific information against a participant of an event in RE. Could the endpoints for attributes for a Participant be made available to enable us to add/update these.

Rearrange grid columns & save column order
In the upgraded Omatic Cloud, it'd be nice to be able to rearrange grid columns, and as another user mentioned, have the custom column order persist when a user leaves the page:

More intuitive relationship matching
Relationship matching and routing works great IF the primary constituent mapped is already in RE.
If the constituent is BRAND new then you are forced to go through the entire data flow for relationships even if the relationship is already in RE and is a 1:1 match. Meaning many unnecessary and inefficient additional clicks.

Sample Data (not enough of it)
Sample data provided when configuring new P2GL formulas is limited to 20 or 25 rows of transactions, which typically is not enough sample data to ensure that formula configurations are accurate and doing what the client needs. Two examples:
In one case there were transformations configured that looked right on the first 20 rows of data, but we couldn't see that the logic was incorrect on other rows. It was not until the client ran the post and saw an error on row 190 that we were alerted that the logic needed to be refined.

Encompass Email Activity Connector needs a option to "Select from Current active Select Campaigns(s) and any future active Select Campaigns
When attempting to bring in Encompass Email Activity we can only select All current campaigns. The problem with this is that when the campaign is added in encompass it is not included when running the next run unless the client manually adds it.
I have attached what is in SFMC Email Activity and Encompass Email Activity to compare.

Ability to replace values (including null) with blank values.
The use case for this request is our need to translate a NULL address line in source to blank value in destination.

Changing address type when new address is found
In ImportOmatic, when a new address is imported for an existing constituent, there is the ability for the user to determine how the outdated address' type should be changed in Raiser's Edge (e.g. it can be changed from "Home" to "Previous Address") In order to keep data clean and differentiated after imports, I wish that Omatic had a similar functionality.

Dedup records in triage buckets
I'm finding duplicate records within formula triage buckets which means I either need to process or manually delete each of them. I understand why they sometimes occur but would like within the Reprocess functionality or as a separate action button the ability to remove duplicate records.

RENXT to HubSpot Export: HubSpot Additional Email Match
During an export from RENXT to HubSpot it looks like Omatic currently only looks for email matches for the email that is marked as "Primary" in HubSpot. Is it possible to consider the "Additional Emails" in HubSpot, to reduce the risk of duplicates being created?

Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector
Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

Be able to export CQS transactions from RE to EN via the connector
Opt-in questions with the type “Opt-in Confirmation” (CQS transactions) are not available to be exported to from RE to EN using the connector. Only QCB opt-in transactions appear.
