How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Convert existing dictionaries to transformations

    As I am getting started with the Omatic Cloud, it would be wonderful to be able to convert existing dictionaries to transformation or at least copy and paste into a transformation rather than enter line by line. Thanks!

  2. Update Matching with Encompass Connector

    When going from BBCRM to Encompass Matching only allows for custom options and pre-populates with ALL currently mapped fields.

    While this is trying to be helpful, if there are 30 mapped fields it will default to matching all 30. At that point it would be more helpful to not pre-configure matching and let the user configure the matching.

  3. RE NXT-Add or REMOVE Cons Codes and Solicit Codes

    We need the ability to remove constituent codes or solicit codes like we do in IOM. There is no option for that in OIC, and the removal character does not work.

  6. Send to a specific triage bucket based on a Mailchimp status field results returned during matching.

    Triage currently takes specific match situations into account but I'd like to send records where Mailchimp returned "Cleaned" or "Unsubscribed" directly to the Exceptions triage bucket regardless of matching criteria. This will allow me to automate the Ready triage bucket instead of needing to review it before sending the record updates to Mailchimp. This matters because I'm trying to reduce the overall number of API transactions (Blackbaud has a threshold over which they charge me extra).

  8. Pull Tribute Data from the Encompass Transactions

  9. Upload source files directly from Integrations/Formulas page

    I'd like to upload the Source files for Flat File as-a-source formulas directly from the Integrations/Formulas pages, without the need to navigate back to Data Queue page and search for my formula every time.

  10. Post-to-GL prepost feature

    Many Salesforce and Virtuous clients who have FE NXT but migrated from RE NXT are used to the 'prepost' feature in RE / FE integration.

    P2GL for Salesforce or Flat File does not have a similar feature that can be used to validate a posting before it creates an open J/E batch in FE NXT. A number of clients have asked about this.

  11. Option to add mapped data only if records are new

    We have a couple one off scenarios where we only want to bring over information IFF the record is a truly new record in BBCRM.

    For example: addresses, BBCRM is usually the most accurate in terms of our data. While we have some "Add if not matched logic" we often run into the flags being set to false for new records.

    So it would be nice to have a blanket "Always add address for new records"

    it would be helpful to have the ability to send records individually from Ready.
    Sometimes a record might need more review while others can be sent to the destination.

    Thanks Amanda.  Can you share a scenario or two why someone would want to be reviewing records in Ready?  We would think that if it ended up in Ready that the record should be "good" and the other buckets are where records need to be reviewed.  Is there another classification of record that would cause them to need to be reviewed that we don't accommodate that calls out the need to have records to go to a needs attention bucket?   Meaning, is there some other criteria that calls out the need to review?  If so, what might that be?

  13. Populate More Example Rows from Luminate Surveys

    It would be good to have more example rows populating for Luminate Surveys when working on the Data Mapping page in a formula. When building transformations it's nice to cycle through a few records to make sure the data is transforming as expected.

  14. Abililty to map Constituent Import ID when importing soft credits in RE NXT

    Currently, when importing gifts with soft credits in RE NXT, the only option for matching to existing constituents is to map to 'Constituent Lookup ID'. We really need to be able to map to Constituent Import ID. Especially when using a hybrid approach using both IOM-Classic and IOM+/OC, IOM-Classic furnishes the Import ID as an output field, but not the 'lookup ID'. This would be a very useful and valuable feature, and would allow clients to leverage the benefits of both versions of IOM.

  16. Add Table Entry If It Doesn't Exist

    It would be very helpful if Omatic Cloud could add a table entry during the import if it doesn't already exist. This is IOM functionality that is needed in Omatic Cloud.

  19. Ability to Override in Formula Exceptions

    There should be an option other than Delete in the Formula Exceptions bucket. We should be able to Override it, especially if we know that person IS in Raisers Edge but for some reason the server dropped when looking for the record. This would help so that we aren't relying solely on the ability and capability of the servers to connect records.

  20. Match on Existing Consent Records

    Similar to how you can match on an existing Address, Email, Con Code it would be great if we could match on existing Consent records to avoid duplicates. If we're sending weekly newsletters/mailings out, when our connector runs it adds a new consent record every time
